## White Chocolate Dipped Pumpkin Spice Cookies

Ingredients:

- Partake [Soft Baked Pumpkin Spice cookies](/content/products/soft-baked-pumpkin-spice-cookies?_pos=1&_sid=772795c9b&_ss=r "Partake Soft Baked Pumpkin Spice Cookies"/index.html)
- 6 oz of white chocolate chips
- 1-1/2 cups of whipping cream

Instructions:

1. Place chocolate chips in a small bowl and place to the side.
2. Bring whipping cream to a quick boil in a saucepan and then immediately remove from heat.
3. Pour cream over white chocolate chips, whisk until smooth.
4. Dip half of each Partake Soft Baked Pumpkin Spice cookie \[link\] in white chocolate sauce.
5. Let cool on a baking rack for 20 minutes and then enjoy!
